What Is Included In A Movie Night Rental?
Our movie night packages include the inflatable screen, projector, sound system, all necessary cables, setup, and taredown. We handle the technical side so you can enjoy the event.

The space required depends on the screen size. For most backyard events, we recommend a flat are at least 20 ft length wise and 10 feet depth wise. On top of that you would want room for guests to sit comfortably.

Our setups can accommodate groups as small at 5-50 people, as well as larger community events with hundreds of attendees. We'll recommend the right screen sixe for your event.

For the best picture quality, movies usually begin around dusk or slightly after sunset. We can discuss timing based on your event and projector setup.

If it is a private showing most likely. Streaming services may have restrictions on public showings. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper rights to display any content shows at the event.

The screen must be located within 100 feet of a power outlet. Most events use a standard household electrical outlet. If power is unavailable, let us know and we can discuss options.

We Serve the Rochester are and surrounding communities. Additional tracel fees may apply for events outside our standard service area.

Our sound systems are designed to provide clear audio for your audience without being excessively loud. We can adjust volume levels to fit your location.
Do You Require A Deposit?
Do You Require A Deposit?
Yes, a deposit is typically required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the event. Weather like rain does not cause you to forfeit your deposit in any way. If you cancel your event 7+ days before the event, if cancelation is within 7-3 days you get 50% of your deposit back. If cancelation if 2 days or less you forfeit your deposit.

Absolutely! Our equipment can bue used for sporting events, video game tournaments, presentations, slide shows, graduation parties, church events, and more.
